Founded in 1973, at BVA we were already designing with two-dimensional CAD systems by 1980 and had, around the same time, already installed the first 2-axes CNC machines in production, with increment to the third axis.
Experience matured over the years and the use of state-of-the-art software means that today BVA can develop ideas or industrialise projects, collaborating with designers right from the preliminary stages. Combining creativity with more specific process-related aspects enables us to ensure you an optimised result, and we can also supply a “flow analysis study” to determine how the figure should be filled in.

Our highly specialised staff guarantee comprehensive customer assistance, including advice on the choice of ferrous or non-ferrous materials from which to manufacture the different mould parts, heat treatment and surface coatings.

Mechanical machining is performed on CNC machine tools, which are equipped with high-speed electrospindles. Direct and continuous connection to powerful CAM stations means that it is possible to operate 5 axes at once, making these machines ideal for working the most difficult of surfaces.
